So she runs away

So Chiranjeevi's second daughter ran away. With some fellow who is just out of Engineering (these days just about everyone is an engineer, sigh! Where is our exclusivity!)

So anyway, whatever she does with her life is her business, but the videos I saw this morning (yeah I am a day late can you believe it! I didn't check my very on-the-top-of-Tollywood friend's email yesterday) were appalling. Not only did they arrange the wedding furtively and then immediately open the sport to the media, shamelessly enough, she was also asking for Police protection because she feared Chiranjeevi and his family's outrage at this act. (Well naturally what do you expect him to do, sing praises of the glorious act!?!?!?!?)

Well whatever, consider this situation. Not only does your kid shamelessly parade around to the world that he/she has eloped (yeah they actually took the media for a bus tour, jeez!) but also asks for Police protection because you might be enraged. What has the world come to! What is next? Kids asking for Police protection because they are scared you would be angry with them for not doing their homework?

Looks like she thinks either the AP Police or the AP Government or both don't have any other job to do. And what do you know, they might just prove her right! Totally pathetic!

For the life and times of Chiranjeevi, and for his fame, I actually pity him what with each of his daughters putting him to such shame.

so she "shamelessly" ran away....interesting, but what about her dad quite "shamelessly", fooling around with girls of her daughter's age on the screen, people say it is only acting, he is a megastar and all that crap, after all what matters is that parents should be role models to their children and bring them up with good values and this cannot happen until they themselves adopt and practice them, otherwise you reap what you sow, as simple as that

same feeling here, abt Chiru and what his daughter has put him thru.. elope and marry...and how old is she....is that 19??? That sounds soo soo immature....what ever has happened to waiting or trying to convince and they get married, instead of sneaking out. It not like sneaking out for movies or something like that......

Koddiga weak knowledge...what happened with first daughter? Thought she was married in a proper ceremony???? More gossip on this please...:-D

How can someone call acting onscreen as fooling around with gals??
Well, I am not a chiru fan but I dont think acting with girls is the worst thing.
People in India do not like to see a hero in his 40's or 50's with women at 40's.We cannot say chiru is doing wrong ( I have knowledge only abt his onscrren activities)
What that brat did was a stupid thing. No father should be in a situation like him.May be he is paying for the excess freedom he gave to his children. That defintely is reap what you sow context applies or as many people say 'He is paying for his offscreen bad deeds like spoiling other person's career using his influence in the media'
Im not here for war. That sonly my feeling Mr or MRs.anonymous

The deal with his elder daughter was that she liked Uday Kiran--->Uday Kiran liked someone else. So despite caste problems, and the fact that he didn't like it himself, for his daughter's sake (and because she was a stubborn, I-want-to-have-it-all) Chiranjeevi had to bend his back and try and convince Uday Kiran who never got convinced to marry his daughter. Uday Kiran's dad forced him to, so there was an engagement alright. But Uday Kiran did decide to act sensibly (well, he lost his Tollywood career because of it, but that is a different matter) and called it off at the very end and Chiranjeevi had to take all this mess and also the trouble of finding another son-in-law. Somehow he finally got her off his hands. And then the second one ran away posing an entirely different challenge;)
